I had an amazing time. In total I got to see 78 horses which is totally amazing. I had Tom as my tour guide m. He was very informational and kind. He was funny and gave us some past of Corolla. Recommend for any family.Posted on TripadvisorVerified Enjoyable Really enjoyed the 4x4 tour it was fun driving through the dunes ( thought we were going to get stuck at one point ) but our awsome driver worked his way till we got out of the deep sand. Horses were beautiful and very calm acted like we weren’t even there. I actually expected them to be on the beach but they were back in the dunes so we had to ride around looking for them.Posted on TripadvisorVerified Great tour guide and tour! This was our third Corolla horse tour, each with a different provider, and hands down the best of the 3! Buddy was an awesome tour guide, clear, articulate, amusing - and very knowledgeable. He knew the history, the area, and the horses, and was able to find a foal that was just a few weeks old. It has been 10+ years since I have been on one - but Corolla Wild horse tours did not disappoint. Our originally scheduled tour unfortunately had to be cancelled due to thunderstorms, but the company was prompt about texting us/calling us to let us know and to reschedule us for the next day. We luckily saw 25+ horses on our tour; we did the 6:15-8:15pm tour and it was perfect. Got to see many horses (including a 5 week old baby), it wasn’t so hot, and got to see a beautiful sunset as well. My boyfriend had never been on a 4wheel drive beach before and absolutely loved the ride and thought it was so cool. Our guide Casey was so awesome - he provided lots of humor and funny jokes as well as lots of interesting facts about the horses, beach, sea turtles, and town history. He even stopped on the beach to give each of us a piece of fulgurite (sand struck by lightning). Awesome experience, everyone we interacted with from the company was so nice. 10/10 recommended, we will be coming back!!
